Farewell Jammu

Greetings people of Jammu, hope you all are doing fine.
While most of you are having your breakfast, tea or coffee, I am leaving this beautiful city of yours.
The city which has given me enormous amount of experiences, emotions, values, joys and random moments. Some part of me wants to stay with you people and share my upcoming musings for this beautiful city.
These are some of my favourite spots which I have visited in past few days. You may visit here sometime if you like.

                     (JDA club Roop Nagar road)

I have visited this place with my brother few days ago. This place has taught me a lot. My inner reasons for visiting this beautiful place might be different from your's. All you need to find your's while standing on the cliff and looking at the city. Everything seems so quiet and natural here. This place has made me forget myself many a times. It's so magical. Feel free to visit here sometime, I am sure you will find your solace here.

                   (Bhavan, Katra, Jammu)

This is a place you all know about already. This place is so divine in itself if you look it through your soul. My inner reasons for visiting this beautiful place might be different from yours. All you need to find yours while listening mantras and feeling spiritual breezes.
This place urged me to listen "ye hum aa Gaye Hain Kahan" from Veer Zara. Thanks to Madan Mohan for this beautiful composition. Another big thanks to my amazing friend whose Chandigarh trip inspired me to pack my bags for this divine place. And if you are reading this, you were already with me in whole journey.

        (Bahu Mahamaya Cable Car Project)

This place might be new for some of you. It's an amazing place for a fun day. The rope junction takes you the other side where you can explore Mahamaya temple and enjoy the view from up there. The city looks amazingly beautiful from up there. Again, my inner reasons for visiting this beautiful place might be different from yours. All you need to find yours while going to the other side of rope junction and looking below from the height.

                 (Pirates of Grill Jammu)

If you are a big foodie just like me then this place is for you. Because quantity doesn't matter here. The same gang visited Vaishno Devi with me, my younger brother and sister.
Sorry for that unconditional light above my head, but I was too engaged with my "khoya kulfi" that I hardly made any attachment to selfie. It was a sudden click by the sister. My reasons for visiting this foodie place might be different from yours. All you need to find your's while having first bite of roasted pineapple and first sip of lemon soda. If you are big food lover and capacity is not a concern for you then this place is calling you with open arms.

           (While waiting for someone)

A random South Indian lunch plan with my Standless Clan. The impact of Padmanaswamay temple was all over my head. Late night reads sometimes leads to transient mental space in a positive way. My love and musings for Padmanaswamay temple were alive again, thanks to my Standless Clan. Lunch packed, waiting for the partner in food call and clicking this amazing Criocerinae climbing on grass. The impact of Padmanaswamay temple was so powerful that idea of eating biryani in full South Indian style with Standless Clan popped inside my mind. I even started listening "Tum mile" Tamil version while eating. It was one of the best lunch of my lifetime. Missing you already while writing this part. Someday soon again. :)

Well, this is me waiting for my flight and writing this to you people. There are few people out there whom I am missing already. My little brother out there, you are the love of my life. Without you I am incomplete. Just want to suggest, enjoy life, experience new things, stop being a part of cubicle. Life is an amazing journey to be explored. At last but not the least my Standless Clan, thanks for understanding me. Without you it was not even possible for me to put all this into words. Keep shining, keep learning, keep exploring and never let that learning junkie go away from you. I hope we will meet again someday soon and discuss more about life, food, music and musings. Playing music in your sedan and having lunch with you while discussing Padmanaswamay temple were one of the best memories of my life. This one is dedicated to you :

When the ocean calls my name
I know I have to go
There is no way I can
Wait for tomorrow
When the hammer falls on me
I have to feel it's weight
There is no way I can
Try to negotiate
Don't you cry, there is no sorrow
Grief is a moment in time
As you try to hold on to something
Emulating existence divine
A little bit of Vanilla
A little bit of sunshine
A little bit of melody
I would leave behind
A little bit of Violet
A little bit of spices
A little bit of humour
I would leave behind
For you!

Here I fly, leaving behind all my grudges for this city and taking all it's memories with me.

Regards.
